We offer private antenatal classes at your home and on request Debora offers as well at the Hirslanden Clinic.

The course includes the topics of mental preparation, breathing techniques, birth positions, stages of labour, natural birth preparation methods, pain relief, the role of the partner, feeding the baby, the first hours after birth and the postpartum period. On request, we can look at other topics (e.g. cloth nappies, emergencies)

During the course, we will create a safe and nurturing space for you to ask questions, express concerns, and share any anxieties you may have, so that you are ready for the incredible journey of birth that lies ahead.
