Pelvic floor training

Pelvic floor exercises can take place during pregnancy and after the birth.
The sessions take place in your own home.
During pregnancy, we focus on awareness, relaxation and breathing. It is not a strengthening course for the pelvic floor muscles, but is designed to optimally prepare you and your pelvic floor for the birth.
After the birth, we concentrate on strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles and also address your bladder, bowel or prolapse problems.
Of course, your baby is also welcome.
